Eucharistic Adoration is adoring or honoring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ before us here at the St. Cecilia Chapel. During a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration, we remain silent in His Presence and open ourselves to the graces which flow from the Eucharist. A sacred vessel in our chapel called a monstrance houses the Body, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord in a consecrated host. Exposition and worship of Our Lord in such a manner has been a tradition of our Church for many centuries.
Eucharistic Adoration is observed Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. At 5:00 pm, the Blessed Sacrament is reposed the Church is secured for the night. We are in constant need for Adorers to commit at different times of the day. You can commit to a day and time that is most convenient for you.
