Nursery Reservation

A nursery child care, for infants and small children 6 months to 4 years of age, is available for church-sponsored events. If your church organization needs to reserve the nursery, please download the Nursery Room Reservaton Form, fill it out and return it to the Parish Office in care of Fran Serena. You also have the option of completing the form on your home computer and then emailing the form by attachment to Fran via her email address: fserena@saintcecilia.org.

Child Registration for Nursery

Parents are asked to download the St. Cecilia Child Information Form and the Nursery Medical Form.  Please fill out the forms and return them to the Parish Office.  You may likewise complete the forms on your computer and then email them via attachment to Fran Serena at the email address above.
