Our Confirmation program is a 2 Year Preparation beginning in 9th grade.

• Candidates are required to attend Sunday Night LIFE Nights for spiritual formation and catechesis.
• For all requirements outlined in detail, please see the Parent Letter. 
• The following forms along with a copy of your baptismal certificate are required for confirmation:
  • Sponsor Form (due with registration)
  • Adoration Form (Due in April)
  • Saint Form (Due in January)
  • Service Hour Form (Due in April)
  • Sponsor Booklet Completion Form (Due in May)
  • All of these forms are also available in our Youth Office
